Shipping & Delivery Fees

Shipping Information

Picknship uses Australia Post to ship all orders and all orders are shipped from our warehouse facilities located in Sydney, Australia. 

All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Due to security issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours.

Orders are packaged in plain boxes/satchels or Australia Post branded packaging and are unmarked for privacy and security reasons. Allow extra time in peak delivery times for Australia Post such as the Christmas/New Year and Easter periods and for Public holidays.

Allow 1-2 working days (Monday – Friday) for order processing before dispatch of your order provided all items are in stock.  If any items on your order are out of stock, it may take an additional 1 – 2 business days.  In the event, we cannot fulfil your order or some items cannot be sourced, we will refund the difference back to your credit card. These refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement.

Australian Orders

Orders to an Australian address, using regular shipping will take 1-7 days to arrive depending on the distance from Sydney and the priority selection made at checkout. A delivery card will be left listing which nearby Australia Post outlet the parcel can be collected in person if you are not home at the time of delivery. It is your responsibility to collect your order within the applicable timeframe to avoid incurring additional fees to redeliver your order. 

International Orders

International orders will be despatch via Airmail. Please allow 3 - 10 days for international Airmail delivery.

Please note that all prices, shipping and handling charges do not include GST, relevant custom duties or taxes that may be incurred and charged by your government body when shipped overseas. These charges need to be paid by the customer (GST doesn’t need to be paid by the customer when shipped overseas). Please check with your local custom offices for terms and further details.

You may wish to visit Australia Post International and select your country to view the estimated times on each delivery service.  A limited list of prohibited products is also listed on this website for each country. It is your responsibility to comply with these laws and we do not take any responsibility for prohibited products.

You can track the journey of your order via the Track & Trace website http://auspost.com.au/track   by entering your tracking number.
